Sellers must set competitive and fair prices. All listed products must be in stock and ready for shipment. Any changes in price or availability should be updated immediately to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
Sellers are required to process and ship orders within the specified time frame. Delays in shipment without valid reason may lead to penalties or removal from the platform.
Sellers must adhere to Taphood’s return and refund policies. Products returned by customers due to defects, damage, or incorrect fulfillment must be accepted and refunded/replaced promptly.
Taphood may charge sellers a commission on each successful sale, along with applicable service or listing fees. A detailed breakdown of charges will be provided in the seller dashboard.
Sellers must treat customers and support staff with professionalism and respect. Fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or attempts to manipulate reviews will result in immediate action against the seller’s account.
Taphood reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account at any time for violation of this policy or applicable laws, with or without prior notice.
