1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (for voluntary returns).
Note: Some items like perishable goods, hygiene products, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.

2. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to accept the return unless the item is faulty and under warranty.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
- If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product (e.g., size or color issues), please mention this clearly in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
